2 04-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nardignaj P.S. Case No. 40 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 385, 379, 354, 448 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Taking into consideration, nature of allegation that there is specific allegation against the petitioner of having committed loot and snatched away ornaments of the lady, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner.
