remove all the defects pointed out by the office within one month.
The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the suit pending before the learned Trial Court has been dismissed, as such, this petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed, as infructuous. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the
