ORAL ORDER
This present petition has been filed against the order dated 3.2.2021 passed by the learned Sub-Judge-I, Darbhanga in Title Suit No. 226 of 2019 by which the petition dated 23.11.2020 of the petitioner was rejected under order 39 Rule 1 & 2 read with Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code.
This order is appealable under Order 43, 1(r). The civil miscellaneous is not maintainable.
Accordingly, it is dismissed.
The petitioner may file his petition before appropriate
forum.
