ORAL ORDER
3 26-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the State.
The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the office within one month.
The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that as per direction of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) No.37969 of 2013, the Title Suit No. 11 of 2016 has been instituted, but after lapse of five years, no progress has been done in that suit.
The court below is directed to take all endeavours to dispose of the suit expeditiously subject to his docket management, as well as the provision of procedural law.
Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove,

failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
