Having gone through the order 01.03.2021, passed by this Court in the present case, it is apparent that the learned counsel for the respondent State had undertaken that the outstanding retiral benefits of the petitioner, more particularly the GPF and gratuity amount, would be paid to the petitioner herein.

The learned counsel for the respondent- State has submitted, on instructions, that the provisional gratuity amount totalling to a sum of Rs. 7, 81, 232/- as also the G.P.F. amount to the tune of Rs. 6, 46, 173/- have already been paid to the

petitioner.

In this regard, the learned counsel for the respondent State has produced a letter dated 06.03.2021, written by the District Magistrate, Aurangabad. The said letter dated 06.03.2021 is taken on record.

Considering the fact that the outstanding retiral dues of the petitioner has now stood paid, I do not think it appropriate to keep the present petition pending, hence, the present petition stands disposed of, however, with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, before the respondentauthorities.
