Learned counsel for the petitioners is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 204/17 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 338, 307, 333, 353, 283, 504 of the I.P.C. and Section 5/6 Essential Service Maintenance Act.

It is alleged that the petitioners and several others were allegedly protesting against accidental death of one Vikki

Kumar and were demanding compensation. In that process, they are said to have blocked the road and on intervention by the police, assaulted the police party and pelted stones.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation against all accused persons including these petitioners. Further submits that other co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 36416/2019 and Cr. Misc. No.30913/2019 and the case of these petitioners stands on similar footing.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.204/17, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
