The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that all the accused persons including the petitioners entered into the house of the informant and made assault and when her husband came to her rescue, he was also assaulted. The accused persons also taken away cash of Rs. 10,000/- from the pocket of the husband of the informant and threatened of dire consequences.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners and the informant are agnates. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedents.
