Case No. 12 of 2020 arising out of RC 14(A)/2017, CBI/ACB/New Delhi for the offence punishable under Sections 34/120(B), 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and section 13(2) r/w 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Petitioner at the relevant time was Branch Manager of Indian Bank and no specific allegation has been made against this petitioner. Trial is not likely to be taken up in near future. Petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2019 and

has been remanded in this case in January, 2020. Chargesheet has already been submitted. Similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge CBI -II, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 12 of 2020 arising out of RC 14(A)/2017, CBI/ACB/New Delhi.
