Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case with ulterior motive. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.
Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioners by contending that there is allegation of attack upon the police personnel with lathi - danda against the petitioners.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioners is rejected.
