Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 372 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 387, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner happens to be a member of mob only and there is no specific allegation attributed against him. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 27.10.2019.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that according to the F.I.R the

petitioner along with other co-accused has opened fire resultantly the son of the informant recieved firearm injury as a result of which he died during course of treatment. Moreover, the doctor found firearm injury on the person of the deceased and has opined that the deceased died due to haemorrhage and shock cause by firearm injury. Apart from this case, the petitioner is also an accused in another case which is evident from paragraph 55 of the case diary.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is rejected.
