Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 4 namely Amrendra @ Biren Prasad, Pramod Prasad and Kundan @ Karu Kumar have been arrested. Hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the petitions with regard to petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 4.

Accordingly, the petitions with regard to petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 4 are permitted to be withdrawn.

It is alleged that petitioners and others have blocked the road and when the informant along with other police officials went to clear the blockage, he was obstructed in performance of his official duties.

the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 227 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
