the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail and the informant/O.P. No. 2 was issued notice. The informant, thereafter entered her appearance through her learned advocate on 06.01.2021, but thereafter, on several occasions, the matter was adjourned for nonappearance of the informant. Today also, when the
matter was called out, none appeared on behalf of the informant which shows that informant is no more

interested in prosecuting the present petition.
Accordingly, the provisional bail granted to the
petitioner vide order dated 17.08.2020 is hereby
confirmed.
