Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 28.08.2019, the time granted by this Court to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below for furnishing bail bond be extended by further two weeks.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner had fallen ill and after diagnosis, doctor found him suffering from infective Hapatitis, as such, the petitioner could not appear and surrender before the Court below within time, as

per the order dated 28.08.2019 passed by this Court.
Regard being had to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 28.08.2019 is modified to the extent that the time granted by this Court earlier, is extended by further two weeks from today, to enable the petitioner to furnish bail bond in the Court below.
This application is accordingly allowed.
