The petitioner being aggrieved by non-publication of the final result of Bachelor of Computer Application (B.C.A.) for the session 2011-14 filed this writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner appeared in the 3^rd year of Bachelor of Computer application Examination without clearing some of the papers. It is submitted that the petitioner has cleared the same in the 4^th semester examination. The petitioner may be allowed to file representation before the Controller of Examination who may pass order in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner.

In view of the prayer made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file detailed representation before the Controller of Examination, B.N. Mandal University, Laloo Nagar, Madhepura within a period of four weeks from today for publication of his result. The Controller of Examination upon such shall take a decision within eight weeks thereafter and dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a speaking order.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
