there is a provision of appeal before the State Appellate Authority.

In this view of the fact, I dispose of this writ petition

with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the State Appellate Authority within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
