Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioner is a PDS dealer who was entrusted with food-grains for distribution amongst the Ration-card holders but the petitioner instead of distributing the same has used food-grain for his own private purposes and the circle officer has lodged the present FIR under the relevant Sections of the IPC.
The counter affidavit clearly indicates that the police investigated the case thoroughly and also took cognizance on the petitioner and others during investigation.

Under the circumstances, this Court does not see any reason as to why it should interfere that there is clear allegation against the petitioner of black-marketing of food-grains and the allegations have been found to be true.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
