Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
counsel for the State.
The petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2019 in connection with Barhariya P.S. Case No. 149 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against all the accused persons is similar and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that similarly situated coaccused person has since been extended the privilege of bail vide order dated 05.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65559 of 2019.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let
