The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case no. 32 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the FIR, while the informant along with one Irshad Anshari was returning on his motorcycle, four accused persons on two motorcycles stopped them and on the point of revolver dispossessed them of Rs. 51,000/- in cash besides other articles. It is further stated by the informant that all the accused persons were aged between 25-30 years.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was registered against four unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in confessional statement of co-accused

made before the police. It is further submitted that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession and inspite of being in custody since 13.11.2019, he has not been put on T.I. Parade.

The application for bail has been opposed by learned APP for the State submitting that three criminal cases are pending against the petitioner.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1^st , Saran in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case no. 32 of 2019.

It is further directed that the petitioner shall co-operate in the investigation and shall make himself available to the Investigating Officer as and when required.
