This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with L.N.M.U. P. S. Case No. 261 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307, 34 of IPC.
There are specific allegation against each of the petitioners, causing injury to the informant, brother of the informant and other persons.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that a compromise has been reached between the parties and the dispute amicably settled between them.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions made above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to surrender and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered on the basis of the above submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners that a compromise has been reached between the parties.
