Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No.212 of 2019 arising out of Dhanarua P. S. Case No. 446 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(B), 504, 506 of IPC and Section 12 of POCSO Act.

Prosecution case is of misbehaving with the victim girl by the petitioner, while she was coming by cycle.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that some scuffle took place, as one accident has met by his motorcycle, which will appear from the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. He is in custody since 27.02.2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case.

circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions JudgeI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Patna, in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No.212 of 2019 arising out of Dhanarua P. S. Case No. 446 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
