The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Katihar Town P.S.Case No733 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
There is recovery of one live cartridge from the petitioner. Apart from that he is accused in one more case.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely been implicated in this case at the instance of the police. He is in custody since 6.11.2019.
