Considering the show-cause and, particularly, order
dated 17.01.2019, whereby it has been admitted that payments should be made in the account of the petitioner through RTGS/NEFT, the Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the matter.
However, if the payment of salary after deducting the subsistence allowance is not paid to the petitioner within a fortnight from today, liberty shall be available to the petitioner

to file affidavit for revival of the present proceeding.
With the aforesaid, the present application stands
