Considering the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties enclosing the order dated 16.01.2019 whereby orders of the Writ Court has been provisionally implemented, no indulgence is required at this stage.
The LPA preferred against the order under contempt has not been decided on merit but it was dismissed for default.
However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 16.01.2019 in appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid liberty, the application stands disposed of.
