The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of the writ court dated 31.01.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16526 of 2016.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 1 and 4, Annexure-OP1/1 whereof being an order dated 12.10.2018 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of the writ court stands complied with.

Further materials have been brought on record thereafter to show that the payments have also been made to the petitioner.

In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 3480 of 2017 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
