In view of the above, the respondents may take appropriate decision on the claim made by the other dependent for appointment on compassionate ground within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the claim of other dependents for
