Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has raised his grievance against the selection of private respondent no. 7 before the District Magistrate, Purnea vide Annexure ‘3’ to the writ application which has yet not been considered.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, learned counsel for the State submits that an appropriate direction may be issued to the District Magistrate, Purnea to consider and dispose off the objection of the petitioner as contained in Annexure ‘3’ to the writ application.
