In the given facts and circumstances where learned counsel for the Bank admits that the Bank has taken over the physical possession of the property earlier after the police force were made available by the District Magistrate but thereafter some law and order issues have arisen for which one F.I.R. has also been lodged by the authorized officer of the Bank, this court is of the considered opinion that it becomes a law and order issue.

The District Magistrate, Patna is directed to look into the letter dated 05.02.2018 written by the authorized officer of the Bank and take appropriate remedial measure in accordance
