filed counter affidavit stating therein that one Mahendra Singh filed petition raising objection with regard to title of Plot Nos.113, 117 and other lands and on such, the Land Acquisition Authority referred the matter to the competent authority for deciding the entitlement of a person to receive compensation. The petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction to pay the amount of compensation for acquisition of Plot No.113. With regard to Plot No.113 also, Mahendra Singh raised objection with regard to title and the same was referred to the competent authority.

In this view of the fact, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to agitate the matter before the competent authority before whom the matter has already been referred to by the Land Acquisition Authority
