This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 01.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51091 of 2019 by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail but the petitioners could not surrender in the court below within the stipulated period.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners had gone to Punjab to earn their livelihood and, therefore, the petitioners did not get information in time.
Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, this modification petition is allowed and the period of surrender of

the petitioners in the court below, that is, the learned A.C.J.M.XII, Saran at Chapra in Bheldi P.S. case No. 296 of 2018, is extended for four weeks from today.
This order shall form part of the order dated 01.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51091 of 2019.
