2 12-12-2019 Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-
“For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the concerned respondents specially respondent nos.2 3, 4, 6 and 7
a) to take effective steps to protect the people from artificially created Rain water flood which started on 26th of October till date
b) to take proper there are many places which is still submerged in the capital of Bihar specially in Kadam Kuan,

Rajendra Nagar, Patliputra Colony and other Localities affected because of Flood in the capital because of Rain
c) to give direction to the Government to take immediate steps and to hold enquiry as why the pumping stations were not functional
d) to direct to disclose of what fund has been incurred in their maintenance of these pumps for last five years
e) to direct the authorities to compensate the clinic and nursing homes which were under water because of the negligence of the authorities because of which instrument and diagnosis machines have become non-functional.”
Shri Prakash Sahay, who is appearing in person, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty for taking appropriate action in accordance with law.
Prayer accepted.
The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
