The petitioner in this writ petition seeks quashing of
the order of his transfer from Sri Krishna Mohan Smarak High School, Teus, Barbigha to Upgraded High School, Badshahpur, Sheikhpura as contained in Memo No.1238 dated 06.09.2019(Annexure-7).
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already filed a representation before the Dy. Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, District Board, Sheikhpura and this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Dy. Development
