Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Nawanagar, Buxar by filing a petition within a period of four weeks from today and in case, such a petition is filed, the said Circle Officer shall take recourse to proceedings under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 and pass necessary orders in accordance with law, in case the petition is maintainable.
