The learned counsel appearing for the Zila Parishad,
Vaishali at Hajipur submits that all the retiral dues of the husband of the petitioner has been paid including the arrears of salary, as is apparent from paragraph no. 8 to 11 of the counter affidavit.
Having regard to the statements made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Zila Parishad, Vaishali at Hajipur, this Court finds that the grievances of the petitioner stands redressed, hence, the writ petition stands disposed of.
