Annexure-15 is appropriate direction for taking action by the DCLR, the Court grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the DCLR along with a copy of the order within a period of fifteen days from today. In the event such application is filed by the petitioner along with a copy of this order, the DCLR shall be under obligation to exercise jurisdiction vested under the Act and pass appropriate order after hearing the parties within a maximum period of three months from the date of filing of such application.
