The petitioner is in custody in connection with Agiaon (Garhani) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019, corresponding to Excise Case No.449 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the instant case total 30 liters Mahua liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 09.03.2019.
Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Act, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Excise Case No. 449 of 2019, arising out of Agiaon (Garhani) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019.
