After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal against the impugned order dated 06.04.2019 passed in Issue No. REJ/C/19/00209.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
It is needless to state that in case an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by the appellate authority within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
