4 03-07-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order of this Court has been complied with inasmuch as the appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed by an order dated 20.06.2019 passed by the District Magistrate, Madhubani. It is further submitted that the petitioners be granted liberty to assail the said order dated 20.06.2019.
Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioners to assail the aforesaid order dated 20.06.2019.
