Heard both sides.
The petitioner seeks bail in Jakkanpur P.S. Case No.702 of 2019, giving rise to Special Case No.9470 of 2019, registered under Sections 30(a)/38/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Only 48 litres of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 24.10.2019. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 1½ months.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No.702 of 2019, giving rise to Special Case No.9470 of 2019.
