learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 343 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report it is alleged that petitioners along with other named accused persons have assaulted husband of informant with fists and slaps on account of which he died.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the post-mortem report only one injury has been found i.e. abrasion in front of neck and petitioners have been made accused merely due to previous money transaction between the parties. In the written report there is general and omnibus allegation leveled

against these petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Samastipur, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 343 of 2018. Both the bailors will be close relative of petitioners.
