The petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur Town P. S. Case No. 662 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148,149, 295(A), 153(a) and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report.
In the written report, specific allegation of causing firearm injury is against co-accused Mukesh Paswan and Raju Mahto.
The name of this petitioner has been disclosed by coaccused Mukesh Paswan in his confessional statement during
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14748 of 2019(2) dt.12-03-2019 2/2
investigation.
The petitioner is in custody since 12.10.2018.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Town P. S. Case No. 662 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
