Case No. 394 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307, 326, 504, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.

From the written report it appears that there is specific allegation against the petitioner of causing firearm injury on right shoulder of the informant which also finds support from the injury report.
