Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395/412 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. No TIP has been held. During investigation one rifle has been recovered from the house of Jairam Singh which is said to be looted article which is also mentioned in the impugned order of Sessions Judge. Learned counsel for petitioner further submits that this petitioner has been made accused because he is the brother of Jairam Singh.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above
named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/Successor court, Nalanda in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
