Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. Excise Case No. 200 of 2019, arising out of Kunauli (Dagmara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The allegation of the prosecution is that one coaccused person namely, Rahimuddin was arrested by the police and some quantity of illicit Nepali liquor was recovered and upon interrogation by the police, he disclosed that the petitioner is the person who had fled away after seeing the police.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 30.08.2019.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 2nd -cum-Special Judge (Excise) Supaul/Incharge Successor Court in connection with Kunauli (Dagmara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019.
