Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur) O.P. P.S. Case No. 363 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that one loaded country made Katta and one live cartridge is alleged to have been recovered from possession of this petitioner.
In the written report, it is alleged that one country made loaded Katta and two live cartridges have been recovered from possession of another accused, namely, Prabhakar Dubey @ Mantu.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that coaccused namely, Prabhakar Dubey has already been granted bail

by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 23.01.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 2976 of 2019.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 363 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
