The petitioner seeks bail in Mahua P.S. Case No. 328 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 of Bihar Excise Amendment Act.

It is alleged in the written report that 151.560 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from Bolero vehicle and Motorcycle. Petitioner along with co-accused Bhola Kumar has been arrested by the police.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused Bhola Kumar has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 5.2.2019 passed in Cr.
