Benipatti P.S. Case No. 271 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 323, 354B, 379, 380, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that petitioners came at the disputed land and started to construct house. When the informant, Indra Devi and her gotni, reached there and made protest, then, all started to abuse. All of a sudden petitioners 1 and 2 caught hold her hair, started to drag her and torn her clothes. When gotni of the informant rushed to save her, then, she was assaulted by Manoj Sharma (petitioner no. 3) and Nandan Sharma (petitioner no. 6) snatched the gold chain, thereafter, all entered in the house of the informant and took the cash of Rs.10,000/- and ornaments from the box and also damaged the grains.

Submission is that due to land dispute only hot exchange of word taken placed, but, with ulterior motive the informant lodged the present case. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 271 of 2017 shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees
