The petitioners are in custody in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 105 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 576 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 504, 506/34 IPC.

In the instant case case diary was called for.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 21.6.2019 and 27.6.2019.

petitioners and it is admitted that both sides have sustained injuries in the scuffle.

Considering the fact that scuffle took place on the playing of D.J. in the marriage procession, the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and both sides sustained injuries, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1^st Class, Sheohar in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 105 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 576 of 2019.
