This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 20.9.2019. The Court granted bail to the petitioner with a condition that both the bailors should be owner of the flat in the same apartment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one of the flat owners in the same flat is available as a bailor but the other is not available. He further submits that the condition in the order dated 20.9.2019 may be modified.

In view of the submission of the counsel for the petitioner, the condition as both the bailors should be owner of

the flat is modified to the extent that one of the bailors should be owner of the flat in the same apartment and the other should be any government employee.
