2 11-12-2019 Today this case has been listed under the heading “For Orders” for modification of order dated 27.08.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5734 of 2019.
In the order dated 27.08.2019, the error occurred due to the error crept in the writ petition itself. Now the petitioner has filed the present application for modification of the order after necessary correction.
The petitioner was Reader in the department of Zoology, but in the writ petition it has wrongly been typed as

In view of the above, the order dated 27.08.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5734 of 2019 is modified to the extent that the petitioner was “Reader in the department of Zoology”, instead of Reader in the department of Botani”.
The modification application stands allowed and disposed to the extent mentioned above.
