Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.
Two cartridges were allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No.118 of 2019, with following conditions:
